At Create QR Codes, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your data.

Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, create a QR code, or contact support.

Use of Data

We use your data to provide and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you.

QR Code Data

When someone scans your QR code, we record an anonymous scan row so we can give you statistics: the timestamp, the country the scan came from, the device type, operating system, browser, the user-agent string, the referring page, and any UTM tags on the tracking URL. We do not store the scanner's IP address on that row, we do not set cookies on the scanner, and we never ask them for location permission — the country comes from our network edge, so it is country-level only, not city or street.
